Method of operation

1. Turn on the power switch.

5. Turn off the power switch and pull out the power plug when you stop working.

Preparation before use

1. Check whether the position of the oil surface of the vacuum pump of the vacuum packaging machine is correct, if not correct, adjust it (see the vacuum pump instruction manual for details).

2. The vacuum packaging machine is placed steadily, check whether the lid is closed smoothly and whether it automatically jumps up after releasing it.

3. Equipped with a power supply that meets the requirements of the model.

4. Turn on the power, turn on the power switch, close the cover, and check whether the vacuum pump is operating normally.

Adjustment before use

1. Select the heating temperature

Select the required heating temperature according to the material of the packaging bag, and adjust the heating temperature knob to the corresponding position.

2. Select the degree of vacuum

The pumping time of the vacuum packaging machine is digitally displayed and continuously adjustable. The pumping time of the small vacuum packaging machine is adjustable from 0 to 30 seconds in a digital rotary type. Adjust the length of the pumping time to achieve the required vacuum.

3. According to the needs, select the silicone word for the sealing silicone rubber strip and set the sealing date and other characters.

4. Adjust the heating time

Heating time, digital display, continuously adjustable, according to the packaging materials and heating temperature, adjust the heating time knob to select the appropriate heating time.
